We are a fertile land, nourished by the breath of a homeland thirsty for love, filled with hope, unique in its struggle—sometimes with survival, and sometimes with ill-fated joy.
Since the first time we pledged to revive love with thrilling touches, and to build ladders through which we ascend to the sky, which cradles peace in our hearts, the “Nadia’s Scarf” project took root in our consciousness—a concept that flourished from the breaths of the past, coexisted with the pain of the present, and signed a mythical contract to challenge the hardships and obstacles of the distant future, to light up dark places, guide tranquil hearts, and be enchanted by the melodies of chirping birds soaring in the imagination of the universe.
Nadia’s Scarf was an idea that took root in my essence, drawn on the ever-green olive leaves, and inscribed with some branches on soil that will never, ever run dry. My project was created evergreen, a scarf that adorns the necks of the gracious, cherished women who have built a flourishing, mature society, with the scent of sad oranges, and the flow of bitter green oil.. Newly born, yet its taste is sharp, with a captivating presence and a rich flavor that always makes you want more and more.
At Nadia’s Scarf, we have always sought to embroider words with fingers that touched sorrow and overcame it, embraced oppression and soothed it, lived through pain and turned it into hope, engraved with pride in bright expressions—a qualitative leap in the world of creativity from darkness to light, moving through soft fabric, original silk threads, and the inscriptions of the eternal manuscripts… From earth to sky we proceed… from the dark past to the light of the present with hope… an engraving spoken by decorations crafted with pride in the finest expressions…
Nadia’s Scarf is a project born from my soul, I, Sirine Najm Kayyal, an Arab Palestinian woman, who celebrated her heritage and revived its most beautiful aspects. A scarf chosen with sacred care, crafted with absolute perfection, adorned with the breath of the earth, the lights of the sky, and the sanctity of the steadfast homeland, inspired by wishes that must inevitably come true.
